Trade and win Offer

This document sets out the rules for this Promotion. Make sure you read them carefully and understand them all before you enter the Promotion.

Introduction

RightFX is giving you the chance to receive a gift. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promotion name is Trade and Win, here in after referred to as the Promotion.
• The Promotion is organized and run by Right Group Financial Limited, here in after referred to as the Promoter.
• "The Promoter", "we", "us", and "ours" refer to RightFX, which is a trading name of Right Group Financial Limited.

Who may enter

The Promotion is open to RightFX clients of aged 18 or over at the time of entry. You are not eligible for the Promotion if you are materially connected to the administration of the Promotion.

How to enter

You can join Trade and Win at anytime by opening a real account with RightFX.

• Clients can claim gifts at anytime, depending on their "prize lots" balance.
• To enter the Promotion, users must trade on their real accounts using any trading instrument we provide.
• Orders on demo accounts do not qualify users to enter the Promotion.
• Order duration is not limited unless it is stated in the Customer Agreement.
• Only closed trades participate in trading volume counts.

The gifts

The gifts in this Promotion (here in after - "Gifts") depend on your region. The up-to-date list of the Gifts can be found in your profile.The Gifts can be received in exchange for prize lots.

Prize lots are calculated as follows:

• 1 traded lot = 1 prize lot

The Gifts can be claimed at anytime, providing the client has enough prize lots to redeem.

Images used in marketing materials are not necessarily representative of actual Gifts.

The actual Gifts may vary.

The Promoter does not provide invoices and warranty certificates for electronics.

The Promoter does not provide warranty on electronics.

If you receive a damaged or broken Gift, please send a photo or video of it to our Customer Support.

If the damage is confirmed, we will replace your Gift, For the Replacement the final decision will be of the company.

The Promoter is not liable for loss, corruption, damage, or any security issue arising out of or in connection with the use of the Gift.

Delivery

Your Gift will be delivered to your Registered address in KYC.

Only the client who claimed the Gift can be the recipient.

The delivery address must be in the country of the Promotion.

Clients cannot change their delivery address and contact information once the Gift has been claimed.

The Promoter does not guarantee Gift delivery if a client provides an incorrect delivery address and contact details.

If a client does not respond to phone calls from the delivery service, the Promoter will retrieve the Gift and cancel the Gift order in the client's Personal Area.

The prize lots will be restored. The Gift is personally handed to the client by a courier.

• If the client lives on a closed territory, such as a condominium, and the courier can't hand the Gift personally, the courier will leave the Gift with the guard and inform the client. The courier will bear no further responsibility for the Gift.
• The courier has the right not to hand the Gift if the client refuses to Sign the delivery document, or provide the OTP (one-time password) or other proofs required by the delivery company
• Take a picture with the Gift for the Promoter's record.
• In such cases, the Promoter retrieves the Gift, and the prize lots are restored in the client's Personal Area.

General

Any kind of IP match will be subject to disqualification.

Any kind of arbitrage trading or any other abuse with pricing and/or quotes will be subject to disqualification from the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant without explaining the reason.

Reasons for disqualification may include opening big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at approximately the same time, the usage of failures in the quote flow for guaranteed profit, or any other kinds of cheating. All trading techniques or EAs are allowed.

The Promoter reserves the right to declare any Gift already given invalid and subject to cancellation upon direct or indirect evidence of attempted fraudulent operations with the prize funds.

Each participant agrees to provide authentic delivery information.

Providing incorrect information may result in disqualification from the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you automatically grant permission to RightFX to use your full name and country of residence in future RightFX marketing activities and on the company website.

Any situation not described in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Promoter's decision.

RightFX reserves the right to amend and/or update these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notification.

Fantastic Four Offer

Overview

• 1.1. Right Group Financial Limited (here in after - 'Company') conducts the Fantastic Four contest (here in after- 'Contest') for the IBs registered on the RightFX site (here in after- 'Site') as Introducing Brokers from India (hereinafter- 'IBs).
• 1.2. The Contest starts on 1st of every month (12:00 am GMT) and ends on 30th or 31st of month (11:00 pm GMT).
• 1.3. The Contest prizes are: Dubai Tour, Thailand Tour, Goa Tour, Kerala Tour.
• 1.4. Registration for the Contest ends on 15 MARCH 2023 (12:00 am GMT).
• 1.5. The official page of the Contest (hereinafter- 'Contest Page') is posted.
• 1.6. Tour's arrangement & changes on destinations at any time will be company's decision.

Participation

• 2.1. To become eligible for the Contest, the IB undertakes to press the button 'Take Part' on the Contest Page.
• 2.2. The time from the moment the IB pressed the 'Take Part' button on the Contest Page to the end date of the Contest is called the Participation Time.
• 2.3. The employees or individuals receiving salary from the Company are not eligible for the Contest.

Calculate Results

• 3.1. The volumes traded by the IB on his or her trading accounts are not counted for the purposes of the Contest.
• 3.2. Only the volumes of the trades both opened after the moment the IB signed up for the contest and closed before the end time of the Contest are counted for the purposes of the Contest.
• 3.3. The volumes generated by the IB's referrals as the Copiers in the RightFX Copytrading service are not counted for the purposes of the Contest.
• 3.4. Only the volumes of the Valid Order are counted for the purposes of the Contest.
• 3.5. The order is considered as the Valid Order if it lasts for 120 seconds or more, has at least 30 points (3 pips) difference between open price and close price, and is not closed by the means of Partial close or Multiple close.
• 3.6. Those trades will be counted which are traded by his direct subordinate clients only.
• 3.7. If there is a Sub IB below a Main IB, then the trades of The Sub IB will not be counted in the trades of the Main IB.(Only direct Clients will be counted)

Winners and prizes

• 4.1. The IB becomes eligible for the Dubai Trip only if the IB's referrals trade a cumulative volume of at least 4500 lots within the Participation Time. From Date :- 1st May
• 4.2. The IB becomes eligible for the Thailand Trip only if the IB's referrals trade a cumulative volume of at least 3500 lots within the Participation Time. From Date :- 1st May
• 4.3. The IB becomes eligible for the Goa Trip only if the IB's referrals trade a cumulative volume of at least 800 lots within the Participation Time. From Date :- 1st May
• 4.4. The IB becomes eligible for the Kerela Trip only if the IB's referrals trade a cumulative volume of at least 1500 lots within the Participation Time. From Date :- 1st May
• 4.5. On the date of completion of offer there will be a draw for each offer and one participant will win the trip.
• 4.5. First names or nicknames of the winners are posted on the Site within 15 days after the Contest end date.
• 4.6. The winners's personal managers contact them within 7 days after the Contest end date to provide more details.
• 4.7. The winner undertakes to provide original documents issued by the Govt. The documents should be valid at the Contest end date and should contain the serial number, the winner's photo, and the winner's date of birth.

Miscellaneous

• 5.1. The Company will run a background check on the winners, their legitimacy, information validity, and possible violations. Should any such issues be found, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Contest results.
• 5.2. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notification.
• 5.3. The Company is not liable for technical malfunctions and/or interruptions in the internet connection on the side of the client or third-party services, which could directly or indirectly affect the client's participation in the Contest.
• 5.4. The Company is not liable for any delays or interruptions in service operation or data transmission, or performance failures in the RightFX system, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, hardware or software malfunction, or interruptions in the operation of the RightFX system.
• 5.5. The English version hereof prevails. Any translations hereof, Contest pages, and statistics are for reference only. In case of any discrepancies between the English and other versions of these materials, the English version shall prevail.

Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company's decision. We Suggest Participants to read all terms & condition carefully before participating which is available on www.rightfx.com. RightFX reserves the right to amend and/or update these Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notification. The Promoter is RightFX, Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Spin and win Offer

The 'SPIN AND WIN' (the offer) is open to all new and existing customers of RightFX.

The Spin is free to run and no purchase is necessary. However, some prizes may require a deposit to be made.

All prizes for all winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-withdrawable and no cash alternative is offered. Employees of the Company directly associated with administration of the offer shall not be eligible to participate.

All Users 18 years and over, to be eligible to enter the Spin And Win, must ensure their personal details are submitted to the Company are correct.

Participants of the Spin And Win, following their spin of the wheel, have a chance to win a prize if the spinner stops spinning and lands on the segment of the wheel indicating they are eligible to win a prize.

Participant will win the prize corresponding to the prize stated on that segment on the wheel.

Prizes vary on a quotas being claimed. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and the Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Any such revised terms and conditions shall have effect immediately and may be found on the Company's website: www.rightfx.com. It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions are final.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to award any of the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Spin and Win where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whatsoever.

Spin will be available for twice in 24 hours & Timing for Spin & Win is 2:30 AM &2:30 PM GMT. 100 Spin Points = 1 USD.

Reward will be added in your Trading Account as Trading Credit. Minimum $50 Profit Require in Trading To Withdraw when participant only trades with credit amount provided by company.

Participant can Withdraw amount after 30 days of review & if found any kind of suspicious activity company reserve rights to remove winning prize at any time without prior notice. Trading Lot Size will be fixed 0.01 & maximum open position at a time will be 5 until participant make deposit of $50.

50 USD to 499 Deposit & Get Chance to Win Extra Spin worth up to 20 USD. 500 USD & Above Deposit and Get Chance to Win Extra Spin worth up to 200 USD.

5 minimum trades require if user deposit amount for paid spin & request for Withdraw deposit Amount. Paid Spins will be only available once per user. Participant can refer and unlock new referral Spin it will remain in pending until the user who joined with referral link complete full KYC after that Spin will Unlock for Participant.

1 Person is eligible to use 1 Spin Account per Email. If any person found using more than 1 Email for Spin Account his account will be terminated without any prior notice.

PRIVACY NOTICE

All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these T&Cs and the Privacy Notice available at www.rightfx.com.

For withdrawal profit of Spin Account you need a minimum $250 deposit and traded at least 10 lots.

The Client accepts and understands that the Company’s official language is English, and the Client should always read and refer to the English version of the Company’s Website and the terms and conditions for all information and disclosures about the Company and its activities. All translations or any information provided in languages other than English on the Company’s local websites is for informational purposes only and does not bind the Company or has any legal effect whatsoever. The Company shall not bear any responsibility or liability regarding the correctness of the information therein.
